Glass and Grass was once again trusted by one of our valued repeat customers in the Watermans Bluff community of Yulee, Florida. Each year, we’re proud to help them maintain their beautiful home through our full range of exterior cleaning and maintenance services — this time focusing primarily on professional paver sealing.
This project was completed over two days and took place in Yulee, Florida, beginning with a thorough house wash using our soft washing method to remove organic buildup safely and effectively. We followed this with both exterior and interior window cleaning, restoring crystal-clear views throughout the home. With the home exterior refreshed, we moved on to cleaning all paver areas — including the driveway, walkways, outdoor firepit, patio, and pool deck.
To prepare the pavers for sealing, we utilized our specialized three-step chemical cleaning process. This ensures the surface is free of algae, efflorescence, and embedded dirt, allowing for optimal adhesion and long-lasting results. After cleaning, we installed new sand throughout all joints to stabilize the surface and maintain a polished appearance.
On the second day, we inspected all areas to confirm the sand had settled properly before sealing the pavers. This included sealing the border pavers around the screen enclosure and the coping stones inside the pool area — the latter requiring a kayak to reach safely! The final result provided a rich, enhanced color and durable protection that will last through the seasons.
